Accredited by the Scottish Qualifications Authority (SQA), Social Enterprise Direct serves as a Training Centre with the resources to provide an extensive range of flexible training solutions to both individuals and broader organisations.
Our expert training team conducts an extensive ‘Training Needs Analysis’ in advance of proposing learning solutions in order to meet both individual and business needs. By adopting blended and holistic teaching methods, our trainers strive to accommodate for a variety of different learning styles and ensure that all trainees feel engaged throughout their course.

All training is person-centred, vocational, and accredited by customer service industry leaders. Our emphasis is on learning by experience, as opposed to learning by rote; as such, we employ a blend of group activities and individual tasks to ensure that learning journeys are comprehensive, interactive, and enjoyable for all involved.
Given our commitment to cultivating positive social change, our training centre plays a significant role in providing training opportunities to individuals who have been marginalised within the labour market. Training programmes delivered to these individuals have a demonstrated history of success, with over 78% of our trained volunteers having moved into meaningful employment.
